Everywhere in the apartment was clean. Though the bed was a bit hard, room was brand-new and it was a very relaxing stay overall.

Couldn't find maintenance.

Beds were comfortable, everything was perfect. Had a shower, hair dryers and a spa bathtub in the bathroom, that was nice. Its staff was exceptionally friendly, they offered us free breakfast.

Amazing, well-appointed room with a very deep jacuzzi tub, a TV, a shower, fantastic location. The staff is fabulously friendly and the food was good. The parking is good nearby the building. The place is very close to - downtown Gatlinburg and downtown.

Wanted to see Gatlinburg popular places and this apartment was reasonable base for exploring most of them. The breakfast was always free.

beautiful place, i liked it. it was fairly clean, the rooms were incredibly beautiful. had a shower, hairdryers and a spa bathtub in the bathroom. the location was marvellous right in the heart of everything. .

The accommodation is conveniently located. Go to Luigi's Pizzeria, set just next door to the apartment and enjoy every bite of your meals👌

All in all it was a wonderful stay. A nice apartment. Absolutely great location for visiting Gatlinburg and all its attractions. Besides, city center is within 15 mins of walking.
